About Us

Located in Hamilton, Ontario, the heart of the Golden Horseshoe Area, Central Cycle has been serving the community since 1999. Central Cycle has been in the making since the early seventies, as the brainchild of a young Brian Chewter, once a Mechanic at Hamilton Cycle on James Street North

Brian was also an aspiring young racer who rode his bike everyday. He rode fast and hard, and took first place in many races in many countries around the world. In 1972 and 1976 Brian rode his way onto the Canadian Cycling Team to represent our country at the Olympics.

As a proud member of the Hamilton Cycling Club since 1967, Brian still rides hard and fast, supports the sport, and offers expert advice to anyone with interest in Cycling. Brian has not only demonstrated his great passion of Cycling at the races, but also as a Top Notch Mechanic and the Finest Wheelsmith around.
